It's apparently advertising American Psycho on television. To go all out to advertise a movie showing on television through a billboard ad is one thing...but its pretty ballsy when that movie is a cult hit and the only people who understand the billboard are people that have seen the movie and its awesomely hilarious Business Card scene.
